A man of few words Dan relies on a stratocaster to tell his story. Move My Soul is Dan's third album, self produced and mostly self-penned, it's an extravaganza of blues compositions dripping with maple-neck syrup and described on Channel 24 as "the strongest album I have heard this year. Of any kind. ." Tracked at Peace of Eden across ten days in June 2009 the project was mixed by Peter Orette from Watershed in Johannesburg and mastered by Evert de Munnik. Move My Soul has been released in South Africa by Next Music. Dan's page on our site provides audio preview only and no down-loads. We thought it interesting to feature both Next Music's mix and master released with the album along with the version we mixed for Dan when he left the studio at Peace of Eden.
